One Quirky Story

In 2020, I was coming to terms that my son would be starting kindergarten soon & that my days would be long and empty if I didn't make a change. While I have been portrait photographer and graphic designer for over a decade,

my work is mainly seasonal, so I wanted to use this as an opportunity to start a new chapter in my life!

So, I prayed and prayed that God would show me what my purpose was and where my gifts could be used best. For many months, I thought God was being silent... but it turns out He just has a sense of humor!

See I LOVE picking out the perfect gift for someone. Whether it's putting together appreciation gifts for a teacher, arranging and delivering fresh flowers to brighten a friend's day, or finding fun little surprises to make the holidays a little "extra" - I am here for it! Soon, I noticed friends asking for gift recommendations for their friends & family - saying "HELP. I am SO not good at gifts." or "She is so hard to buy for - please help!" Then later, people writing back to say how much that person loved their gift!

It was in that moment that I realized that not everyone shared this same love language & that maybe my gifts could be used here - literally! God had been revealing over & over again in so many ways that my purpose is to help others spread joy in the world through creative gift-giving. Luckily, when I came to my sweet husband with this "EUREKA!" moment, he encouraged me to get starting in following my dream of opening up a gift shop.

While the pandemic put a temporary hold on this adventure, here we are 2 years later turning this dream into a reality!

For those who find shopping for gifts to be a daunting task, my goal is to make it a simple and wonderful experience for you. Though we're starting small over here, my dream is that soon we can to become a "one stop shop" for every person in your life.
