All orders placed Monday-Friday will ship out within 3 days business days.
Depending what time you purchase on Saturday, it may not go out until Monday (as we do not ship on Sundays). Shipping rates are determined based on weight of the item(s) & speed at which you would like your package to arrive. If you need your order shipped Priority, please pay for rush shipping at checkout, if applicable. If you do not see the option, please reach out and we can figure it out the cost for you & try our best to make your deadline! :)
Brand new companies come with learning curves but we are happy to accommodate however we can - please don't hesitate to reach out!
Unfortunately while we try to do our very best to pack your items with care, sometimes accidents happen during transit! Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and send us photos of your broken item(s) immediately upon opening along with your order number. From there we will either replace your item ASAP, or if it is out of stock, we will make sure you are taken care of via an exchange or gift card.
You can order online and choose store pickup at checkout. I currently run the business out of my home so the pickup location will be disclosed to you in the email when the order is ready.
Most orders Monday through Friday can be picked up same day if placed before 2pm. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready!
All local pickups require ID verification of the BILLING NAME + ADDRESS upon picking up in our store. If you plan to have someone else* pickup your order, you will need to write it in the notes section at checkout. If you forget, the person who ordered will need to contact me & give the name of who will be picking up the order along with verify some details with us before we can release the order to someone else for pickup. We appreciate your cooperation!
All orders placed as local pickup need to be picked up within 30 days of purchase.
