Our return policy covers up to 7 days after your delivery date. If you change your mind about an order, no problem! Simply email us at email@example.com with "RETURN + your order number" in the subject line and let us know that you will be returning your item(s).
All products being returned must be in its original, unused/undamaged condition. As long as your package is postmarked within 7 days after it was delivered to your shipping address, we will offer the full refunded amount as store credit in the form of a gift card.
You are responsible for any shipping fees when returning item(s) that are not damaged or defective. All shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable.
When shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Due to the nature of sale or holiday items, they are considered final sale.

As long as the item you want to exchange is the same price, an exchange can be made. If there is an additional cost, we can invoice you for the difference.
